Jason Hill is the CEO and owner of J&E Restoration with over 20 years of experience in business management, business process automation, and technology. Prior to his civilian professional development, Jason served in the United States Army as a tank operator. Jason was honorably discharged from the Army in 2002 after deploying to Korea and Bosnia. Jason is a devoted Veteran philanthropist and dedicates countless hours per year supporting our Veteran community. If there is a local event supporting our troops you can be sure that J&E Restorations is willing to partner. The Hill family is rooted in Yorkville where their two children attend Yorkville schools and Mrs. Hill is a special education teacher at the middle school. It isn’t hard to locate the Hill family as they frequent local golf courses, sporting events, and train Jiu-Jitsu. Jason is passionate about providing a trusted resource for our community to consult through the often complicated process of home renovation and we look forward to serving you!

I’ve had the pleasure of calling Yorkville home for over 11 years. Happily married for 16+ years and a proud parent of four children, I stay busy both at work and at home. A West Aurora High School graduate (Class of 2000), I’m passionate about staying active—whether it’s training and coaching Jiu-Jitsu four days a week as a purple belt at AXT Jiu Jitsu, BMX bike riding, or playing sports with my kids.

With over 25 years in the construction industry, I specialize in roofing, siding, window and door installations. I’m particularly skilled in standing seam copper and metal roofing, Lp Smart siding, and Hardie siding. Additionally, I have extensive experience in interior remodeling, including flooring, trim, tile, and cabinetry.

What drives me is helping homeowners turn their visions into reality with a focus on safety, quality, craftsmanship, cleanliness, and communication. I hold certifications in Roofing, Lead Removal, Vinyl Siding Institute, OSHA Safety, and Attic Ventilation, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. I’m proud to be your trusted local home improvement advisor, dedicated to making your dream home a reality.

Machele Hill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University. She spent her early professional years as a junior project manager for a custom home builder followed by several years as an estimator/purchaser for a high-end millwork company. She left the industry for 16 years to care for her family and during that time she ventured into a new career as a licensed fitness instructor and personal trainer. Machele brings decades of organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills with her to the J&E Office and often acts as support staff to the sales, operations and project management teams. Outside of the office, Machele enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, canoeing, watching sports and movies, dancing and listening to music.

Jacki has been a real estate professional for 8 years giving clients a benefit utilizing Jacki’s dual expertise in real estate and a construction connection. For buyers, she can offer insight into potential renovations, making properties that might need work a smart investment. For sellers, she can recommend cost-effective improvements that increase property value before listing. Jacki is the receptionist at J&E and client liaison. She enjoys meeting new people and being a point of contact in this ever changing industry.
